Well lo and behold they turned up this morning and as others have already said, they are very well presented in a custom made black Jaguar embossed box. Not bad for a freebie :D

BevC, I have owned a couple of Mondeos in the past, a 1.8 petrol and the 2.5 V6 ST24, the ST was a brilliant car in its day, but I think the rise of SUVs for families has had a hard impact on the Mondeos desirability. Don't feel too sorry for Ford though, the Fiesta and Focus are still selling well ...

I can play music from my phone using Bluetooth as well. I have a Samsung S7 Edge running Android 8.0.0

I have got the ICT Pro, not that I know if this makes any difference!

Definitely get in touch with Jaguar Customer Service and tell them the complete story, I really think Jaguar should pay for this at whatever dealer you chose.
