Re: Passenger Side Rear Shock Absorber

Its about £150.00 for a rear shock (T4N7357). There are obviously different ones for the different specs so get the right one.

Re: Sat Nav Updates

I find the updater tool very non-intuitive. It doesn't tell me what version of maps I currently have. If I look at the data on my SD card, the UK maps have date 24/08/2016 and the map folder date is 25/05/2017. The newest date in the map folder are the .hnr files: 09/12/2016. This is the same date ...

Re: Sat Nav Updates

Manufacturer updates to Satnav systems are a SCANDAL. The uprising of Apple CarPlay and similar will end this at least, and allow use of constantly updated maps so whether there is a cost or not your map will constantly be the latest. It's a shame we can't update the non Pro systems to use CarPlay ...

Re: Sat Nav Updates

No probs. Went into a dealership in Dundee this afternoon and their advice was wait till September as a new version was supposedly being released then? Online version is 2019-2 so not sure if that is it for this year or not? Anyone any idea? How many updates have there been this this time last year...

Re: Help- How do you remove gear knob

I think there is a collar under the trim which has to be pushed down to release.

Sorry to hijack (although it seems we've gone off topic ;) )

Is it possible to retro fit the sliding cover? I have a MY17 (automatic).

Thanks!
Yes you can retro fit. I did mine about a month ago. You need the new cup holder and a new top for the consol.

Re: Pads and discs at 20k?

I'm in the same boat, sort of. Had my car serviced 3 months ago (service plan). They flagged up the rear discs severly corroded. They said new pads and discs. I have had the car from new and it was under two years old with 20,500 miles on the clock. I said it would be done under waranty then. They s...

Its actually £98 to update the non pro maps. Well it was last November unless they have reduced the price. I doubt that some how.

Re: windscreen external plastic trims

Earlier trims had a different part number so I don't know if there was a redesign. Looks like there is some sort of plastic button that holds it in at the bottom.
