Mine does very little in the way of engine braking, but is a Diesel.

Having to brake more should actually make the brakes last longer as you'll be cleaning more rust off the discs!
A diesel should generate more engine braking coz of the higher compression ratio

Managed to get to London but tyre was totally flat in morning. So I changed wheel. Garage repaired puncture but would have refused if it had the gunk pumpe...

Re: Hello from Nottingham Area

If I were specing from new, I’d want to keep my 16 way heated memory seats, electrically adjusted steering, folding mirrors and park assist but I’d be happy to ditch the Meridian sound, cold weather pack, split rear seats and privacy glass and instead add 1049 wheels, matrix led headlights and a 360...

My non-pro version seems to work just as well as my Garmin Nuvi did... not been updated for three years though

Re: Incontrol journey fault?

If you’re thinking of buying nearly new, the advantage with the Stinger is you know exactly what you’re going to get... everything comes as standard...you only have to look for the colour you want and you get the balance of a seven year warranty.
