Do you have a link for this "Jaguar on line service web site"?
I can't seem to find a listing that states what each service should cover.
Give this a try SDB

Boot Space

Yesterday, I had to drive to Gatwick to pick up my grandson and his girl friend. Parking in the north terminal was a nightmare, but that's another story. However, I met them on time only to find that both had a large suitcase. This is going to be and issue I thought. When we got back to the car, I s...

Re: Bumper Damage. Need help!!!

I locked myself out of the house a couple of weeks ago and had to break in. I used a crow bar on my smallest ground floor UPVC window and in doing so damaged the window frame. It was really bad and I thought a new window was needed. However, I borrowed a friend's heat gun, set it to low heat first a...

Re: Another delay

@Alanqs, where did you get this info that the XE will be made in Slovakia? I've seen the build sheet for the one I have on order, and it clearly states Castle Bromwich. That's in Birmingham, UK. I've been to the Castle Bromwich site and seen the XE being built there. It's definitely built in the UK.

Re: Fuel Ecenomy on Automatics - Advice Please

So I have had my car nearly a week now from new, and the avg mpg (I've done about 200 miles) is about 22MPG. Nearly done a whole tank of fuel. This is really not great - not sure whether I'm just being too heavy footed or the car is just not very economically friendly. Quite a few of those miles we...

Re: Stop/Start again a few thoughts

After having my 6 month old battery on CTEK charge for over 24 hours, I went out for a 12 mile return drive and the s/s didn't work once. How can that be???

A Radio Merseyside presenter referred to DAB as Dodgital Digital.
Are you still searching for the "Light Programme" on yours?

Re: Parking sensor issues - Battery?

I would check the the battery first. It's 4 years old and may be at the end of it's life. Have you tried charging it lately as the lack of the s/s could be an indication of a poor battery capacity.

That's worrying given I had one as a courtesy car and was rather taken with it ;)
I had an E Pace as a courtesy car and didn't particularly like it. I found that because you sat higher you got jiggled about from side to side. I couldn't wait to get my XE back, which is a much nicer ride.
