Re: Things I never knew my XE could do!

My dad just discovered that if he's walking towards his Merc and he double taps unlock on the keyfob (or long hold unlock, can't remmeber) all the windows wind down. This is especially useful in Cyprus where temperatures are over 40'c during the summer so opening the windows would let most of the ho...

Re: Tyre Repair System

I used to carry a set very similar to that when I had my motorbikes, obviously no spare wheel available on a bike. The set I had also contained some little cartridges of compressed gas that, when screwed onto the valve stem, would put some pressure in the tyre so you could at least ride to the near...

Re: New Joiner

Great looking car! Btw what's the colour on that? It's not Carpathian grey is it? Looks too dark to be ammonite grey but could be the lightning as well.

Re: Taken the plunge! Order Placed!

Good luck with not thinking about it for the next 3 months. I've been waiting since early January (picking it up mid April) and I'm pretty sure I've watched every single Jag video on youtube, read dozens of reviews and gone through thousands of posts in this forum (sort posts by most replies and you...

Re: Dash Cam?

Picking up my XE in around 10 days and I'm already really paranoid about someone scratching it as they pass by it because my parking spot is literally a meter away from the apartment's garage access door (ie. dozens of people will be walking/brushing past my Jag on a daily basis :x ) in light of thi...

Re: Jaguar to cut Production at Castle Bromwich

I'd ordered my Jag first week of January 2018 and was given an estimated mid-Feb manufacture date and mid-March delivery date (to Cyprus). Just got a call from the dealer saying manufacturing has been delayed by a month to March 16th. Wonder if its because of these production cuts. On the plus side,...

Re: Just ordered a Jag! First new car, so excited!

Thanks @Prestige! When did you order your XE? I ordered mine first week of January, was told it would be built mid-February and arrive mid-March. I emailed the dealer this morning asking if the mid-February build has been confirmed. How was your experience as a passenger on the XE? Almost every revi...

Re: Just ordered a Jag! First new car, so excited!

Thanks for the welcome :)

Jags are pretty rare in Cyprus. If you're in traffic you're guaranteed to have an Audi, BMW or Mercedes in your field of view at all times while I see a Jag less than once a day. Makes me feel so much better about ordering one over an Audi.

Just ordered a Jag! First new car, so excited!

Hi everyone, my name's Denis, 33 years old and from the sunny island of Cyprus. I've been driving a beaten-down 20 year old Nissan Pulsar most of my adult life. A year and a half ago I started a Masters in Digital Currencies (bitcoin, blockchain, cryptography) and based on what I learnt, I started i...
