Exporting Journeys from In Control App
Over the last few days I have attempted to export my journey details from the In Control App (and directly from the web site) without success. For the last two years I have exported via email. Is anyone else having problems?

Re: No Software Update facility.
I have Software Update within my settings menu and each time I check it states “Software up to date”. The screen also informs me of the following: Software updates: on Updated: Not available Version: S19A_19.24.2-375121 Is my software up to date? Phil says latest is 19B, but every time I check it sa...

Re: Best MPG You've Had?
I have a portfolio 180D, had it for 90 weeks now and over that period have averaged 40mpg. Top was on a 105 mile motorway trip to London, averaged 70.1mpg. Call me sad...... but I am retired, love my XE and love playing with figures in spreadsheets, see the attached. Maybe surprised to see that 87% ...

Re: Low rev cabin vibration and “tinny” exhaust noise
I had vibrations when starting the engine, particularly when cold, at around 750-850 rpm. Diagnosed my Guy Salmon as faulty/failed engine mounts. JLR agreed to replace as goodwill gesture as the car was 5/6 weeks out of warranty.

Re: Exhaust vibrations
Although my car was out of warranty by about 5/6 weeks JLR agreed to cover the cost of changing the engine mounts as a goodwill gesture. I didn’t ask the dealer how much it would have cost if I had had to pay.

Re: Infotainment Software Update latest -S19B_19.40.4-436082
Three weeks ago my XE was in with Guy Salmon for engine mount changes and they also updated the Touch Pro software to S19A_19.24.2-375121. In Settings it shows the “Update Software” option, so I have SOTA. Software Updates are switched on (not locked software). When I select “Check for updates” it r...

Re: Exhaust vibrations
Just got the car back, diagnosed as engine mounts not retaining vacuum. The mounts and pipes/hoses replaced and the vibration has gone and the engine is quieter too. Still awaiting response from JLR regarding goodwill (as the car is out of warranty by 6 weeks). All credit to Guy Salmon (Coventry) an...
