Fat32 is usually the supplied format for new USB drives. I had Nokians (NRvI from memory) many years ago. They where supposed to be optimised for wet roads and they certainly had serious wet weather performance. I don't think I've had anything better before or since for driving in rain.

Of even more concern is the burgeoning plethora of touch screen control in cars. Very distracting indeed. I'm an advocate of making all interactive screens go unresponsive / non interactive when the vehicle is moving.
