All diesels I have ever driven never needed any oil from one year to the next. Nothing to worry about.

Re: Passenger Side Rear Shock Absorber

Might be worth trying Rimmer Brothers, they are offering shocks for XF's and I'd be pretty sure if you asked they would be able to source for an XE. Re: New puncture proof tyres

Looks like it was tested on one of Surrey's better roads so for me at least, not a conclusive test. I've also heard these are currently available but at circa 800$ per wheel! So some £2500 for a full set - ouch! It'll be interesting to see how these progress into the mainstream.

Re: Car Parking Fees

Parking is the bane of my life and I cannot tell you how much I loathe and detest the situation we now find ourselves in. Whilst I think I have the measure of private parking companies it is the council run ones that never cease to amaze me. In particular their relentless intention to extend fees to...

Re: DIRT INGRESS @ REAR DOORS AROUND ARCHES

….well it would be brilliant were it not for the: - constant fast tickety ticking engine noise (especially noticeable on overrun). Although this is entirely normal according to Jaguar - groaning / creaking rear nearside corner in any circumstance where the body shell is twisting (even at a crawl) -...
