If “Start-stop” is selected as off and the car is on long period of tickover, it seems to default to Normal mode until the engine has cleared it’s throat, then reverts back to Dynamic mode. It might do that but does it give a warning message on the dash? Yes warning message on dash then disappeared...

I stand to be corrected but I think it’s an Engine management “thing”.
If “Start-stop” is selected as off and the car is on long period of tickover, it seems to default to Normal mode until the engine has cleared it’s throat, then reverts back to Dynamic mode.

I’ve also found that over multIple reverse dipping, the passenger mirror slowly seems to be lower in its normal returned position. So every couple of weeks (probably 40-50 reverse dips) I have to readjust the normal driving position.

I had no problems transporting my winter wheels back from the tyre fitters last year. They were in the boot and on the folded down rear seats. Don’t forget that when in “Eco” Mode, all of the heated screens, wheels, seats, are on a very short timer.

From what I have been told and my own experience, it depends on the model year.
Mine is a MY19 and the new sensors were self learned by the system.
I was told that the older model years need to be programmed.
