Of course the benefit is in the handling with the lower profile tyres.
You’d have to drive two cars of the same spec on the same road on the same day to make that claim for sure.
Lower profile tires aren’t always a given with handling, there’s a fair bit more to vehicle dynamics than that :)

Re: Waze for idiots.

Waze is so good that you don’t need it on the screen, you just need to be able to hear it.
Set the journey up on the phone, connect the phone to the car and run Apple Music, throw the phone in the arm rest box and your set.

The audio instructions are so clear, you won’t miss the map

Re: Squeak/rattle

When the ‘workshop forman’ came to my place of work so I could test drive it and demonstrate any issues. I gave them the postcode and said it’s the only building there, so he can’t miss it.

He looked a little sheepish when I met him in reception of an F1 Team 😁

Re: Squeak/rattle

I think I'd posted previously and can confirm a similar issue. On mine there was an issue with the riveting and bonding. It took a while for them to sort out and when I got the car back you could probably have got high in the back as they had clearly used a lot of adhesive. Annoyingly they fixed th...

Re: Squeak/rattle

Mine has spent 17 week in dealership over the last two years while they investigated a squeak creak from the nearside rear corner. Last time they had it for 7 weeks, most of which they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. The workshop foreman drove it to my place of work for me to test drive it ...

Re: Who is still working through the shutdown?

Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow, it’ll involve my driving to Grove, Enstone and Milton Keynes transferring parts between manufacturing locations. I could pop in and get a pool car, but why would I want to do that :D If you’re a Motorsport fan, you’ll probably get the connection with the locati...

Re: Battery Charger with Long Mains Lead

If you’re leaving it outside, it might be worth looking at one of the CTek marine chargers :)
