VESPA, :o

One does not 'hack, chop and stick', one tweaks a Jaguar to perfection.

Am I the only one that turns start stop off entirely every time I get in the car?
Nope. I turn mine off every time I get in the car. The diesel XE judders too much when re-starting.

Re: Very excited

Think you will find the computer to be quite optimistic - whether BS - that is another call. However the car itself is so much fun, you can forgive it in many ways. Let's face it you can't have performance and economy at the same time in a big cat. Just don't grab it by the tail

80+mpg... crikey! I to want to know what your driving conditions were for that run 😄. I just did 360 yesterday and averaged just under 60.
I would like to know too ;)

Re: Very excited

Did 320 odd miles today. I actually enjoyed the M25! Experimenting with the different modes. Got 80+ mpg with a tailwind from Reading to Hertford. Pity it's gone from gleaming to a bit grubby on a murky day. Not missing my Renault with 152k on the clock at all. :D Blimey 80+ mpg - you must be drivi...
