Re: All Surface Progress Control (seems to work!)

Sounds good! No sea near me but our car park at work can be pretty treacherous! Thankfully our carpark is pretty much empty now since they introduced parking charges - had a go catching a few slides this morning :D Hi Crieffy, good to hear about the snow setting. I’m in central Scotland and the wea...

All Surface Progress Control (seems to work!)

We had a decent covering of snow and ice last night, so I tried the ASPC feature on the way to work - it seems to work very well. It’s the first time I’ve driven the XE on snow so I came down from the house very carefully (it’s either hit a crash barrier or go in the sea at the bottom of the road) O...

Re: New XE Owner

Welcome - pretty new here myself. I actually browsed this forum for a while before choosing an XE, as it was good to see what opinions and problems real people had, rather than reviewers and 13 year old youtubers etc. Loving mine so much that I took a 5 mile detour to go to the local shop today, in ...

Re: New R-sport owner

Enjoy! Had mine a month now and love it more all the time. I do find rear visibility a bit poor (thankfully this one has a camera) and I’m finding a few stone chips on the sills ahead of the rear wheel arch (have bought clear film to try and combat this)

Re: Drivers seat

Thanks for all the info - I just bought a bottle of the GT1208 stuff off Amazon to hopefully reduce this potential saggy bum problem..

Re: A northern Jag

I like how it seems that the sun is only shining on the Jaguar. Say's it all really :D I'm just glad it shines anywhere at this time of year :D So jealous, wish I was there Great car, great location If you like quiet roads, nice scenery and wildlife it's a good place. Looks fantastic - great fun to...

Re: A northern Jag

I dropped the wife off in town then went for a little detour on the way home... just love how this car feels.

Re: Very excited

It's so smooth. This is what I notice most - I haven't a clue it's changing gear most of the time, and it copes with any bumps sooooo well. I've done 1100 ebnjoyable miles now :) The only negative is that I hadnt realised they don't come with any form of folding rear seat as standard ( so I've had ...
