Tdi-Tuning CRTD2 Plugin Unit

When I had my XE 180 I purchased a Tdi-Tuning plug in box and was really pleased with it, the drivability of the car improved and it was much more enjoyable to drive without affecting fuel consumption. I still managed a couple of journeys in excess of 70MPG. I know have an XE300 and this has enough ...

Re: Key Fob not working

I had this on my previous car, not so much the same day but the battery was dying on my main key and when I switched to my second key it died within a week.
It probably indicates that the key electronics are active to some degree all the time hence why the batteries die around the same time.

Hmm what is iEWD

I was just checking something on Topix and noticed in the popular content the following listed at number 10:

XE iEWD.JPG

I don't have a full login and am unable to view it but wondering if it is some release material for a hybrid or electric XE

Re: Who is still working through the shutdown?

I work from home as an IT manager and my team are busy helping companies enable their people to work from home.
So for me this is my normal working routine and the changes are not being able to go out in the evening and weekends.

Re: Is your car spending more time being unused???

MY XE was about to do less mileage as I have an XKR for taking out at weekends and sharing Jaguar meets, such as Jaguar Drivers club or Breakfast Club etc. But with the imposed travel restrictions I will be doing a lot less, as I won't be traveling anywhere for work, my relatives live 100 miles away...

Re: Have you got a Classic XE waiting

Todwhite73 you have the same model as myself but yours is a year earlier. On my V5 it is listed as XE R-SPORT AWD AUTO nd according to the website in 2018 there were only 36 so I have a rarer car :D . Does that actually make any difference, probably not, unless I am able to keep it until 2035 and it...

Got a Weekend Kitty

I have been looking for an XKR for a while and found this one and bought it for myself. Took it to Gaydon this month with the other X100s. IT needs a good polish to clear out a lot of light scratching but over all its in good condition. It is one of the last editions so has individual badging and pa...

Re: Have you got a Classic XE waiting

So I wonder what the difference is between XE R-SPORT AWD I AUTO and XE R-SPORT AWD AUTO, the first one has 159 cars registered in 2018 and the second only 36.
Will have to dig out my V5 and see what it says.
