Re: Ordered a facelift XE P250

Welcome to the forum. I also ordered a P250, albeit the S variant and in a less lavish specification. Same exterior paint and interior trim coulourway, however I went for the more traditional ash burr veneer.

Re: Broken down within 24hrs of purchase

That's why I went for petrol too. We do mostly short journeys here, and I didn't want any Adblue or DPF issues.

Re: Sat Nav Issue

You definitely need the SIM for traffic but I'm not so sure about fastest route. I ordered my car in June but am still waiting to take delivery. What's more, in Malta the Connected Navigation Pro is an extra cost opton on the S derivative and one I did not take up as there is hardly any scope for us...

Re: Sat Nav Issue

@AJB2710, if your XE is the MY20 facelift model, then you will need a SIM card for the navigation to work. That is what I found out when I was configuring mine. The MY20 XE only comes with the Connected Pro Navigation, which is why a SIM card is required. Basic sat-nav that functions without the nee...

Re: Used Jaguar how do I pair with apps?

If it's still under warranty, you can take it to an official Jaguar retailer and they will set up InControl for you. I suppose that even if it's out of warranty, they would still do it, at a charge.

Re: Another delay

I've just received confirmation from Jaguar UK that the XE is staying at Castle Bromwich at this moment of time. The official statement from Jaguar is that Castle Bromwich will remain the home for the XE, XF and the F-Type. As I mentioned in my previous post, any new updates will be posted on JLR's ...

Re: Another delay

I've checked the Jaguar Land Rover online Media Centre and there are no announcements to this effect. So if your dealer has this on good authority, I'd appreciate knowing the source of such information. It has to be a reliable source, or it's meaningless. The new factory in Sloviakia is currently pr...

Re: Another delay

@Alanqs, where did you get this info that the XE will be made in Slovakia?
I've seen the build sheet for the one I have on order, and it clearly states Castle Bromwich. That's in Birmingham, UK.

Re: Help Regarding Jaguar XE P300 Configuration

3. Navigation Pro Connected drive? i have not selected it and i am confused without it, would there be a default Navigation available? I could not find the information (unfortunately everything is in German, and my German is at best basic). I have a P250 S on order. Unlike in the UK, in Malta (and ...
