Oil drain plug probably not changed (oil sucked out), oil can be purchased for half that price, screen fluid probably not used (topped up with water), air con sanitiser can be purchased for a fiver but probably not used either. Call me a cynic if you like but based on personal experience

The cap/lip problem means the system loses pressure, causing coolant loss due to evaporation as well as any leakage due to expansion of the fluid Assuming the lip is okay, I believe the caps themselves can be faulty and be the cause?
