Interesting to know. All petrols can have this, but it's not a serious issue.
I have a vague recollection I saw this warning once at around 25k miles and it went away.

The camshaft actuator was blocked apparently. They deleted the error and told me to drive hard to see if it comes back...

So the resolution is to drive hard for a bit. In a P300? What a really terrible chore
