It was me that took a punt on this. A no brainer really as my maps had not been updated for over 18 months. The car recognised the usb with a map, but wouldn’t download. I accessed the files and banged a few spanners around and thought I’d cracked it when it suggested it was now unprotected and accessible to download but no such luck. Thus I guess it’s pivi map specific but I’m no expert by any means. Well worth a punt, and although unsuccessful, I thoroughly enjoyed the suspense of the challenge! Anybody with pivi who wants a free September update, feel free to give me a knock if you wish to try your luck. I have now purchased the 3 year update package and all good 👍🏻
