My Jaguar remote has never really worked - The locking option always times out, sometimes it will lock the car but ten minutes later I get a message from the app saying I forgot to lock my car and the climate option doesnt connect/work.
I contacted Jaguar via their live chat today and they said that the option to lock the car and start the car have been disabled for security reasons. No reference to customers just stopped - anyone else having this problem?
Really shabby customer service online too!
