Hi, anybody know what this hose is called and possibly a part number, it’s on my 2015 petrol XE. Thanks!

I have no idea but it looks like a heater hose. Someone will know if you give them time. As your engine is a Ford derivative petrol you may find a Ford part number on it or a Ford logo. If that is the case get a Ford replacement as it will be much cheaper.

That was my original thought, struggling to find a definitive answer, might have to pop into JLR to confirm. Thanks mate!

Whatever it does it looks like it needs replaced!!

It's just the insulation layer. The core is ABS. I know, because mine has been chewed on by a marten.
