If you have twin separate pipes out of the back then probably.
This is the gloss V6 S rear valance.

Here’s mine as standard. Would it make my exhaust look even smaller if it has larger hole cutouts?

I just fed that part number into Rimmer Bros and it came back with a wing mirror glass.
There was a "sport" rear valance on the configurator as an extra.
It was a black slightly textured plastic but the design was different to the S.
Colt I believe you already have the "Sport" valance being mentioned as it was probably standard on the "R-Sport"..
Numerous previous threads on this if you put "S Rear Valance" in the search box.

Yes its the gloss black sports valance. It was quite popular at the time when people were converting from the hidden exhausts to fit twin chrome exhausts.

Phil if you put the number into Rimmers it will say it can't find it and will bring up the mirror as it is the closest number.

Ah yes checked again same part number but an A instead of the N.
I recall from previous topics that apparently the S valance came in primer as aftermarket and had to be painted gloss black.
Was this the case with yours ?

No primer. It came already painted gloss black.

This is the Rimmer Link XE Sports Rear Valance - T4N5633 - Genuine Jaguar (rimmerbros.com) no longer available (from Rimmers).

I paid £310.01 delivered for it back in June 2017 from Rimmers.

I had already fitted much larger exhaust tips before I fitted my gloss black S valance, the cut outs are exactly the same size as a standard R-Sport rear valance although it does protude slightly further but not enough to cause any issues.

I bought mine brand new on ebay a year ago for £75 delivered and at the time the seller had quite a few, I've just checked, unfortunately he has none left.

It would seem these are getting scarce at sensible prices AT £75 THIS IS A BARGAIN.

This discussion was only a couple of months ago, but it does seem that the T4N5633 part is no longer available at a good price. £250 (minus VAT!) seems to be the best today.
I think that's a vanity project too far... Shame.

Take your one off, flat it down, prime it and spray it gloss black with some rattle cans.
This part is located in a "safe" area as far as stone chips etc are concerned so rattle cans are perfect for the job.
£30, a bit of time spent and hey presto, XE S rear valance.
With some very careful masking this could even be done in location.
