Caesium Blue 25t

Post by XE123 » Thu Nov 15, 2018 9:14 pm

Hi All,

So when I first got my car I had it ceramic coated using Gyeon Quartz coating. It looked absolutely fantastic :D It still does when it's washed but being winter and living down country lanes it gets totally coated with mud and dirt unfortunately!
Here it is when it was first coated :D I am absolutely loving owning this car now. So comfy and quick!

I have the same colour. I thought mine looked good, when clean, but not as stunning as that.

I wish I'd given mine a ceramic coating. now. :)

If it's something your willing to pay for I can very highly recommend it! Washing the car is fantastic. Most of the dirt is gone with just a quick snow foam and jetwash. The mitt wash after takes the tiny tiny bit of remaining dirt :)

That is an awesome colour. But my wife hates blue. Can you believe it?

So today I have given it a damn good cleaning. Was totally filthy and living down the lanes I do it will be filthy again in no time!

I have also had the wheels changed to winter wheels and tyres :)

Hmm, shame about winter coming around. The wheels are not a match for your summer wheels, they really look smart with the Caesium Blue.

I know what you mean. But I could imagine how gutted I would have been if I had kerbed those lovely diamond cut wheels because I had slid on the snow! So expensive to repair! haha

I did a 300 mile round trip the other day to London and back. How relaxing are these cars?! Just floating down the motorway with cruise control on. Averaged 41mpg as well which I can't moan too much about for how much power this car has.

Spent the day giving the car a well needed clean up! Also changed the air filter. I saw on the service schedule that these aren't done until 48k miles!! Seems a bit high for my liking. I usually do air filters every 12k. I felt like this has actually made it feel much happier to really rev hard when flooring it. It looks 1 million times better after a good clean as well!
