I use Brave as a browser and see no ads, just a clean a simple forum :)

I get no ads when browsing on my phone but get them when I use my tablet. Both samsung and using built in browser.

The site doesn't directly control the ads.
If you are having problems then maybe look through this thread where there are solutions regarding adverts.

I find the huge blank spaces more annoying than the ads.

Use Adblock+ and Ghostery. No ads and no blank spaces.

Phil, why was my image removed? It can't be because it was offensive surely? I appreciate that the ads are by a 3rd party, but doesn't the forum have any say in the adverts?

You stated that you thought it wasn't appropriate as an advert on your initial post yet cut and pasted it onto the forum so everybody could see it.
I personally don't think a picture of knob shaped dust caps is offensive but I do think it's unnecessary.
If anybody has issues with what they consider to be inappropriate adverts then take a screen shot and PM it to Rob who can deal with it.
