It would help to know which version you're on as any advice or tips that forum members can provide depends on that.
That is my problem I can't find the version number I don't seem to be able to navigate to where it should be

By your previous post it could be that yours hasn't been enabled for the software updates.
You should get the software update screen if you go settings..........all settings then software update.
As you don't It probably needs the H251 update done by a dealer and mentioned previously to get yours enabled for SOTA.
Might be worth dropping in and seeing the sales people as they can access the system.

Thanks Phil I think that must be the issue as software updates option is definitely not there. I will drop in and speak to the salesperson.

Just installed S19B update on mine - never received any notifications (I did for 19A) but I searched for an update and there it was. All working fine, and the CarPlay thingy seems very good! Whole system seems a good deal less clunky now.

The improvement is remarkable. CarPlay is excellent, and Waze is a massive improvement on the Jaguar Sat Nav.

I agree that's it great to have Waze back. The only problem I have (and I assume this is the Jaguar software rather than Waze itself), is that the map only fills part of the display. The lefthand third is taken with the clock plus anything playing on media. So the map only fills part of the display. Can't find any way of changing it.

Also need to get used to voice dialling via Android Auto rather than pressing steering wheel button.

But still a big improvement :-)

You can long-press the steering wheel button to activate voice commands, including dialing, using Android Auto.

Hmm - If you just click on waze it fills the whole screen on mine...or swipe through the different screens? There is the "home" screen which has multiple different parts of info on it, but when you go into waze app directly it should be fine?

Interesting. I have tried everything both on the app on the phone and on the Jag screen and settings. This is what mine looks like.
