A few subtle changes

Managed to get a break from the weather & work yesterday so took the opportunity to do a few of the mods i've been collecting.

The hit list for yesterday:
20mm rear spacers
Paint the callipers
Fit new front growler
Fit new F & R custom S badges
Replace the last of the chrome with black Jaguar & leaper on the rear
Fit new wing covers
Fit new center caps

Musical instrument Cosmetics Gas Musical instrument accessory Font

End results
Vehicle Hood Automotive lighting Vehicle registration plate Light

Wheel Automotive tire Motor vehicle Hubcap Automotive lighting

Tire Wheel Automotive tire Motor vehicle Locking hubs

Wheel Car Tire Vehicle Hood

Automotive parking light Vehicle registration plate Car Land vehicle Automotive tail & brake light

So the main plan was to ditch the chrome & red as i'm not a fan of chrome and everyone has red calipers . As you can see the the center caps didn't fit  the front O/D was fine but the tabs at the back were a few mm off so I've had to order another set the right size. I did fit the black jaguar letters but I felt some weren't sitting square or perfectly spaced so had to take them off as that would bug me.
I think I'll need to order up some 15mm spacers for the front to finish it off now though.

A nice surprise was this turning up
Automotive exterior Gas Bumper Auto part Metal

Well before its expected delivery date so that was a bonus. Sized up & ordered some new tips so just a waiting game on them now so I can get this fitted.

Mind you need to cut a bit off the oe studs to fit 15mm spacers
Yeh that's why I didn't buy them so far. I wanted to see how it looked with just the rear to see if I could get away with it. I'll need to order a set up then test fit them and see just how much needs trimmed. From what i've read its not much, just the gide bit of the stud.

All cheap & easy to do, I'd recommend using a spray paint rather than brush on for the calipers though. Dries much quicker and you get a better finnish. I only used the brush on stuff as it was easier to use it to paint the front growler.

Disagree, 3 coats with brush. No offence, but looks same if not better😜

I will start with wing vent covers. They replace original ones or are sitting in top of old one? Are difficult to replace? Also tempted about that wheel spacers, not sure will fit, let me know if you doing yours and any problems what you had and how you sorted please.

They are just stuck on, I'm keeping my eye out for proper carbon ones to properly replace them further down the line or just pick up a cheap set of silver/black ones and wrap them. I've got the 15mm spacers in the garage but just not had time to fit them due to work and working on the other cars, hopefully get them on soon.
