Wrote this up for someone on facebook the other day. Thought I would post it here. Great for your first proper wash when buying a used car or for before you properly paint seal / wax.

So the first thing you want to do is give it a good jetwashing all over. Get as much of the loose dirt off as possibe.

Then once it has dried off a bit. Buy 500ml of Citrus wash from here.

Dillute that down to 1:30 in a regular spray bottle. Then give the entire car a proper drowning in the stuff. Really soak the whole car (including the wheels) with it. Leave it on for 5 minutes or so and then jetwash thoroughly the entire car. This step really will make the whole car look at lot cleaner than it was before.

Leave the car to dry as much as possible and then follow it up with this stuff.

It is expensive but you don't have to do it often at all. Usually once a year if you keep the car nice and clean throughout using regular washing.

Use 1l of it and give the entire car a good coating. It will start disolving all the metalic contamination and will turn a satisfying purple as it reacts with the metal particles. It will bring the wheels up an absolute treat!

Once the car has soaked in that for 3-4 minutes very thoroughly jetwash the entire car off again.

Next use a good quality wash mitt with a decent shampoo. I would highly recomend Gyeon Q2M Bathe+ shampoo. It gives a proper glossy shine to the car. Again, it's an expensie product but you have to use so little that it lasts for ages! The cleaning power of it is brilliant!

Once the car has been properly washed you need to decide if you want to polish it or not. On a car this new I would think a nice quick going over with a good microfiber cloth and some of this polish would be enough. That's if you deem it needed at all.

And then finally. Give the car a coating with this stuff. Be very careful and use a tiny amount of it. One spray per pannel is easily enough and the bottle will last forever. Apply using one microfiber cloth, allow to dry just a little and then buff thoroughly after :)
