EBC yellowstuff 12.8 or 12.4 diameter?

Hi,

i have the nonsport prestige 200hp petrol engine 2016 model xe. i have the 18" templars with 225 front and 245 rear. which pad should i get? the 12.4" one or the 12.8" one? EBC product code is DP42251R (12.8") and DP42252R (12.4").

Sorry Kyle, I'm looking at the EBC website and I now understand your reference to 12.4" or 12.8".

The 51R pad has a width of 193.2mm and the 52R is 155.35mm wide. You'll need to measure your pads to ascertain which one it is you want. Given that there is almost 40mm difference between them it should be relatively easy to identify which pad it is without taking the wheel off.

It is highly likely that you have the 325mm diameter front disc and that would require the 193mm pad. If you had the 316mm discs, then you'd need the 155mm pad.

The EBC yellowstuff brake pads for the 2.0 petrol 2016 XE are DP42246R (rear) andDP42251R (front).

DP42246R is 122.4 mm, while DP42251R is 193.2 mm.

DP42252R does not show in the search results for the XE.

Sorry to hijack the thread slightly, at my last service my pads are at ~70% worn. Front brake pads and discs need replacing. Garage can fit the ones I get - wondering which ones are compatible with my car?

I've got a 2016 XE R-Sport 2.0 litre (240) petrol.
