Post by pmchoc » Tue Jun 23, 2020 11:58 pm

Hi all

Not posted here for over two years as I swapped my petrol XE 240 for an E Pace

Now I’m back! Due to pick up my new XE on Thursday and got a great deal (I PCP my cars)

So looking forward to reading through all the posts and such like

Sweet! That reims edition is a beautiful looking car. Post your impressions of the driving experience vs the ePace. I wasnt that keen on the ePace to drive, though I suspect wheel size choice might be critical.

I found the E Pace jiggled from side to side when I had one for a courtesy car and I couldn't wait to get the XE back. What must it be like to commit yourself to one for two years?

When I first tried an epace it was also a courtesy car, a d150 front whee drive one. Very basic inside and didn’t drive very well at all.

I can confirm that the p250 in SE trim with 19” wheels has no jiggling and is very comfortable.

Yes it’s still a tall suv type of a car but it’s surprisingly ‘chuckable’

I still love mine it’s just time for a change

I found the same when I had my two (decent spec) XF’s and got base model XF’s as courtesy cars. Not a patch on a decent spec model with a decent engine and wheel setup
