That video whilst interesting does raise some questions.
The calculations offered refer to petrol engines. Is the data similar for diesels ?
What is the quantified effect on CO2 emissions.
I guess the answers are available somewhere on the internet if anybody has been inclined to research.

I noticed that the Adblue consumption figures on JLR website have altered for the 180, from around 1000 miles to around 600 miles per litre. Maybe it is an an adjustment to the Adblue dosage and a lower temp for the stop start to cut in.

That adjusted years ago Vespa. I think it was for the 2017 model year.

Correct but now it shows for all XE's inc my 2015 reg one. Mine hasn't been adjusted to give any increased Adblue usage.

So, I have received my recall notice today. The big question is.. has anyone actually had the recall done and has it made any difference to performance?

That is the very question we would all like an answer too - good luck, and let us know how it goes.

Mines booked in for the first service and upgrade end of next month. Someone might as well take the plunge.

Perhaps I am missing something - but why the laughter at my comment?
