I'm sure he'd have been able to see a coin if there was indeed one stuck in there....
I can see a 5p coin clear as day in there!! What is your point?

Blimey. Apologies. I stand corrected. I hadn't zoomed in but when I do i can see it !

Before i zoomed in i think my point was that if there was a coin in there that was as clear as day in a photo then Andy would surely have seen it in real life. Am confused now as to how he couldn't see it ?

Straighten out a couple of paper clips, or similar, use pliers to form a very small hook on the end of each wire and slide them down the milled edge of the coin so you can gently ease it out.
Shouldn't prove impossible as the milled edge will help with grip, small hooks are the secret.

sorry guys i forgot to reply to this. It was a 5p coin ( need to change my glasses) i have no idea how it got on there but managed to pull it out without doing any damage

It will have rolled out of someones pocket and unluckily found the fastener as it's resting place.

Good to hear it was easily sorted.
If you ever get a Tic Tac in the conduits under the centre console that go to the rear fresh air vents then I have experience and a cunning plan that works.

I suspect that it's a lot clearer in the photograph than it would be to the naked eye.
