My car was 3 years old yesterday. just wondering do Jaguar get in touch with you. Have also noticed my InControl subscription only runs out on January 1, 2020, which is 3 years from when I bought the car, does this seem right.
Warranty is registered at point of registration whereas inControl is activated at point of sale. My dates are different by about 2 weeks but not 9+ months. Are you sure your warranty has ran out? Have you checked the OSH (online service history)?
Hi, Simpler, checked on osh, but doesn't say anything about warranty. Any idea how you can tell if your warranty's ceased or is still running and if jaguar assistance is still enabled. Thanks for your info
The warranty start date should appear on service history OSH page at the top. VIN, Model, Engine, Colour and then warranty start date.
(Or if your stuck PM me your reg and I will look it up on system).
Sounds right to me.
I bought my 2015 from a Jaguar dealer in June 16. Warranty ran out July 18 but In Control, Tracker etc runs out in July this year ie 4 years from first registration.
No one contacted me when the warranty ran out.
