Screen Freezing

My ICT Touch system has started to freeze. I have had no problems with it for about a year. I always start with connecting my phone via the usb in the centre consul and using Spotify. I can start Spotify. It stops after a few minutes and the whole screen freezes. After about 5 minutes the screen reboots. When it restarts it will work for a while but keeps going back to radio. I have noticed that the 4G is not displayed but looks like a C with a cross through it. I have the same SIM that I have been using for nearly a year, last time I checked it had loads of data left on it. Any ideas anyone?

Does your sim have a fixed life span? For example, if it was a 12Gb/12 month sim, you may have lots of data left but have ran out of time. Just an idea.

I will check it out it was a 12gb "3" SIM. I moved the car at lunchtime and 4G was back. I will monitor it on my journey home.
