Yup, the petrols are due a service every 12k miles or annually, whichever comes first.

From your original post, I don't think I'd be paying the £400 when they told you it had already been done.

Had the car serviced (36 month) along with the MOT yesterday, Service price was just £228! Apparently as it is a few days over 3 years old Stratstone could discount from the standard main dealer prices. One happy bunny today.
