Agree about little used sunroof but also advantage of glass - given the choice I would have a non opening glass roof with blind.

Okay, job done. Collecting Wednesday hopefully. With your help I made a better choice, thank you all for your advice.
2017 2.0D 180 Auto Portfolio.
Excellent condition approved Jaguar XE with 12 month warranty and the exact spec I wanted.
It's not for everybody but I love the brown leather interior. This is how I saw Jaguars as a kid.
Really looking forward to it.
Thanks again.

I love my sunroof. So glad I’ve got it and use it whenever possible. Definitely worth at least having a glass roof on a car if possible to get the light in light Vespa said.

Car looks really nice, I’m not that keen on the XE without the side skirts personally as they just look a bit “off” compared to what I’m used to seeing on most models on the road. The brown leather looking fantastic there!

I much prefer that newer circular design on the central LCD display you have. Day to day it doesn’t bother me but the 2015 models display looks a bit old school. Don’t get why it wasn’t ever possible to upgrade that on the earlier cars.

Well, Poxymoron, you have a very nice car there. Worth waiting a bit longer to get what you wanted. It will be a very smooth surefooted ride as well. 12 months warranty as well gives that extra confidence as the dealer has no qualms about it.

Looking good and nothing wrong with a brown interior. Looks a very clean example as well. Enjoy, you won't be dissapointed.
XE Portfolio now replaced by an XF R Sport and a Z4 garage queen!

Cheers. I didn't ask about the wheels to be honest but I they looked new, not a mark on them, and the tyres looked be new too. Okay, so not the exact spec I wanted, I would have loved a sunroof and liked the split folding rear seats. But I'll take it.
How good is the Meridian sound system? Thanks.

Tyres are probably new due to advisories at the last MOT for 3 out of 4! I happen to like the understated looks of the Portfolio, especially with that interior colour :)

The Meridian is pretty good although I did max it out a few times in my previous XE.
Currently a Caesium Blue 30T Portfolio :D
Previously a Corris grey 25D R-sport.
