TOPIX

Has anyone had problems logging in to Topix? It has decided it doesn't want to let me in and comes up with this message: User access not possible, please contact the helpdesk for assistance. No idea what the help desk is and there is no link, so tried the forgotton password option. They sent me an email link and I was able to change my password. Tried to log in again, same result. :roll: :roll: :roll:

Which login option are you using? Authorised Repairer or Independent Operator. I just tried my login with the latter option and it worked fine.

Independant Operator. I have used it on and off for the last 4 years without any problem but now it has decided It doesn't want to let me in. Very odd.

You could clear your cookies and try again. But don't hold your breath.

Just been on the site and cannot see a "helpdesk link" either. The only email I can find is this one: retailer@jaguarlandrover.com. They might be able to point you in the right direction.

Failing that you could try registering again.

I've logged in just now - as an independent operator - and it worked fine too.

Thanks for replies.

Tried a few things without success. I can't really see any connection but I wondered if it is just a coincidence that I haven't renewed my phone app which ran out a few days ago. In the end I re-registered with new details and straight in. :D :D :D
