So once you all get your Umbrellas do you put it in the boot or across the back parcel shelf

My plan, for what it's worth, is to make up some velcro straps and fasten them somewhere in the boot to hold the umbrella. As you can probably tell this is still in the "planning phase" and lacks any sort of coherent detail.

When I get to the "implementation phase" I will probably discover that I have to hacksaw 3" off the handle to make it fit

Have you just lodged it into the boot there or is it actually stuck on somehow?

The tip and handle fit in the gap between the side lining and top of boot holds it nice just had to be gentle. Saves it diagonal across the floor and she can fit her shopping in still😎

Just after I posted mine arrived, just tried to lodge it in that gap but it wouldn’t fit. So left it on the boot floor for now

Might get to use it in a few months...actually been in the (almost empty) office for work the last 2 days and in tomorrow so really happy to be getting the car out regularly instead of just on weekends. My first drive of the week on Monday wasn’t great for MPG but was fun at least. Now if it rains unexpectedly I’ll be sorted
