180D AWD Oil Change Due

Post by BLZeebub » Mon Jan 14, 2019 7:53 am

Morning All,

I noticed the other day that the car is suggesting an oil change is due in about 2000 miles. As that's about 6-8 weeks for my useage i thought i'd better get the ball rolling. I've found some Millers Or Shell Helix Jag spec oil at Opie (and Eurocarparts list some under the Jag spec but not my reg). However, are there any recommendations on the Oil Filter or just let the dealer supply as ECP don't list it and i'm not sure if there's an official spec required to avoid any warranty issues?

Cheers
Nat

For my 240D I used a Fram CH12039ECO recently. It looked identical to the original when it was changed. It was listed on the Fram site as being a replacement for Jaguar JDE37128.
