I have had my car for less than a month and the rear camera doesn’t work sometimes. When I press on the camera button, camera doesn’t work either. I took my car to the dealer and they updated the software. The problem hasn’t been resolved. Any solutions?
Either try to find another dealer with an experienced engineer, rather than ‘technicians’ only trained to operate computers, or take it to an independent Jaguar specialist who actually knows what they’re doing
