ICTP Upadate issue

Dear Community,

I hope you can help me out. I just installed the latest software version over the air (S19B_19.35.5-418001).
Unfortunately the web browser is not working anymore.
Can you help me out? Is there any possibility to reset the car? My dealer suggested to disconnect the batterie. By the way he did not hear about this issue before.
I hoe you know more.

Unfortunately several other people have mentioned this isue both on here and other forums.

Hopefully dealer feedback will get Jaguar working on it to fix the issues.
It's not the first time an update has caused issues.

Hi Phil,

thank you for your feedback. What do you think Jaguar is doing? In the meantime I had a phonecall with Jaguar. They told me that they have heard about this issue. That's the good...
I was asked to stay patient since they will forward this topic to the tech. department.
Hopefully I and all other people with this issue will get some help soon.
What is your personal understanding about the Jaguar tech. support? Are they reliable to solving issues soon?

If necessary we could move this topic to the other post in order to keeping information together.
