Hi from Berkshire

Post by Kaikoura » Tue Jun 09, 2020 6:33 pm

Hello Jaguar enthusiasts.

Just added a 2016 XE R-Sport to my small collection of cars. The others are an '04 XKR ragtop and a '75 Triumph TR6 (also a ragtop). The XE is very low mileage and as you might of guessed the colour is Kaikoura Stone. Being recently retired the XE will mainly be used for holidays and shopping trips.

Still reading the manual and trying to work out how everything works. I will get there eventually. Already have a couple of questions and will post in the relevant sections in due course.

Stay safe,

Richard

Hi Paul,

Strange that, somebody on another forum recommended this site. Wonder who that could have been :D

Ha Ha yes, strange coincidence.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful so I am sure you will find answers to any questions.

I am sure we will meet up at some point, probably at the breakfast club in one car or the other :D :D

Nice sunny afternoon so I cleaned the car. Not that it actually needed cleaning :D

That plate would be perfect on an XE S version

Car looks great. Can’t see the back so can’t tell if it’s petrol or diesel?

It's a petrol XE R-Sport and that is the original plate.

Very rare colour and nice to see one again.
I had an "XES" plate on my last V6 XE S but that was a cheap private plate job .
