What colour?

Original at the moment, but very bland dark silver and black colour (unpainted). Car is Blue Fire and I was thinking red, but don't want to create the 'boy racer' look.

Any pics would be good

Red is a good color and as Phil pointed out, a stock color on the UK "S" model. Blue would work. I considered this for my Bluefire car as well. Finally yellow, while a bit boy racer if you will, it is the stock color on the carbon ceramic brakes offered by Jag (not available on the XE tho). Look at them on the F-Type.

Im lucky enough to have and xe-s and have the red calipers, however i did initially look at buying a 240 r-sport. Red calipers are not an option, however my dealer said he would remove originals and send away to a specialist company, but price was gonna be around ÂŁ600

Ouch!
I think the dealer is taking the p**s a bit!
I believe a few members have had them painted at a bodyshop for a lot less!
The only difference is that on the calipers from the factory we have an additional metal plate with the logo on whereas the standard calipers don't.
Apologies for the "red" as it looks a bit pink due to the wonders of digital photography.
